Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with Customer on Service;
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment;
- Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines;
- Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel;
- Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules
