Responsibilities
  • First point of contact with Customer on Service;
  • Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment;
  • Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines;
  • Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel;
  • Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules
