Field Service Technician - Casino Gaming/ATM's (Eastern, WA) Department: Field Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: Spokane, Washington Description 🎰 Field Service Technician – Keep the Game Running! 📍 Eastern WA region (Spokane & Moses Lake), supporting Montana and Idaho. Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and ready to work where the action happens? Join IGT/Everi as a Field Service Technician and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes! You’ll be the go-to problem solver across several local properties—servicing ATMs, kiosks, slot machines, and more. From installations to maintenance and troubleshooting, your work keeps the fun flowing. What Will You Be Doing? Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team Skills & Qualifications for the Job: High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application) Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays A self-starter mindset—comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports Ability to lift up to 75lbs Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go Why Us?
