Join IGT/Everi as a Field Service Technician and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes! You’ll be the go-to problem solver across several local properties—servicing ATMs, kiosks, slot machines, and even installing and maintaining LED signage above gaming machines. What Will You Be Doing? Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos Install, upgrade, and repair gaming, LED signage, and financial equipment Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team Skills & Qualifications for the Job: Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal). Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed. Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team. Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork. Nice-to-have's: Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus! Why Us?
