JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration and installation of diagnostic medical imaging systems to ensure exceptional operation and support for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • College diploma in electronics, computer science or electromechanics, or in another relevant field of study;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably in a hospital / medical setting;
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Office operating systems
  • In addition, the incumbent will have specific skills in terms of modality, including Radiographic, Radiographic / Fluoroscopic, Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, knowledge of PACS terms, SIR, DICOM an asset;
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging, such as radiography, breast imaging and ultrasound, an asset ;
  • Experience in maintaining documentation of all activities performed and in supporting performance improvement initiatives for the multi-vendor services program;
  • Excellent command of English both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the installation and calibration of new equipment installed in hospitals and clinics;
  • Support the policies, procedures and practices of Christie Innomed;
  • Provides field service for commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, proactively resolves issues, and performs preventive maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment. ;
  • Monitor and maintain an insurance plan for equipment safety and mandatory performance levels;
  • Maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment;
  • Meet the expectations of customers in terms of quality of service and communication;
  • Complete documentation related to products, test reports, service records, etc;
  • Travel to hospitals and clinics to carry out planned and unplanned service activities related to analog and digital radiography systems, mammography systems and computer-assisted radiology systems;
  • Participate in the installation and calibration of new equipment installed in hospitals and clinics;
  • Effectively manage time and assigned projects;
  • Be on call in turn to respond to customers outside of business hours.
