THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, practical technician to join our team. You’ll be working directly with hospitality businesses to keep their coffee equipment running at its best.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and grinders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues onsite
• Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs
• Keep clear records of work done (using mobile software)
• Represent Baristafy with professionalism when dealing with clients
