Description The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business is seeking a KICK@$$ Field Service Technician to join the GreasePoint facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. GreasePoint helps people in Manufacturing and Construction with lubrication and fire suppression systems. The Field Service Technician position will support customers in the field with their electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and installations. Responsibilities: · Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings · Repair and install industrial hydraulic and electrical systems · Listen to customer's needs and interpret solutions for their breakdowns · Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine positive solutions · Provide excellent customer service while supporting customers on job sites · Promote products and services to both existing customers and prospects · Produce timely and detailed service reports · Reports to Service Manager · Standard shift 7am-4pm; subject to change daily depending on the installation requirements and job site location Requirements · Experience in Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic repair · Experience with Industrial Machinery and Repair · Mig welding and fabrication skills preferred · On occasion, out of town work, weekends, and some overnight stays may be needed to complete a job · Technician must put safety first at all times · Technician must be flexible and willing to learn · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call if needed · Clean driving record The Conrad Company offers a competitive compensation package including 401(k) Plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance, and PTO.
