Description The Conrad Company, a family-owned business located in York, PA, is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to serve customers with their electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and installations. The Field Service Technician will work out of our GreasePoint facility located in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities: · Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings. · Repair and install industrial hydraulic and electrical systems. · Listen to customer's needs and interpret solutions for their breakdowns. · Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine positive solutions · Provide excellent customer service. · Promote products and services to customers and potential customers · Produce timely and detailed service reports. · Out of town work, weekends, and some overnight stays may be needed on occasion to complete a job. · Standard working hours are 7am-4pm, but may change daily depending on the job. Requirements · Experience in Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic repair · Experience with Industrial Machinery and Repair · Mig welding and fabrication skills preferred · Put safety first at all times · Be flexible and willing to learn · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call if needed · Clean driving record The Conrad Company offers a competitive compensation package including 401(k) Plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance, and PTO.
