Dematic Corporation is now hiring for a Regional Field Service Technician. Under the direction of the Senior Field Service Manager, this position provides service and repair as well as service and maintenance training for installed Dematic systems and equipment. This position would be for the area of Montreal, Quebec.

Ce poste est pour la région de Montréal, Québec.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

• Write concise, clear, and complete trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures
• Heavy responsibility for maintaining customer goodwill toward Dematic
• Ensure that Dematic systems have the greatest availability possible for Customer use and to ensure that Customers are satisfied with their Dematic system and equipment
• Scheduled maintenance.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Scheduled repairs.
• Performs emergency repairs.
• Practicing safe work habits and abiding by safety rules in accordance with customer and Dematic policies.
• Logging all service work performed, recording downtime during repair and accounting for equipment service requests.
• Skills including a balance of Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical skills with an emphasis on Controls.
• Local travel up to 20%
