As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining dryer vent systems in residential, commercial, and strata properties. Your expertise will help ensure our clients’ dryer vents operate safely and efficiently, reducing the risk of fire hazards and improving energy efficiency.
Our company also specializes in air duct cleaning and kitchen exhaust cleaning. There may be some cross-training provided to help support these other departments when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have open availability to accommodate scheduling needs. As this position usually requires driving to multiple sites per day, the ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clean and remove lint buildup and obstructions from dryer vents.
• Install and replace dryer vent systems as needed.
• Educate clients on proper dryer vent maintenance and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns.
