Manage daily technology operations including networks, email, and software systems. Support macOS, macOS Server, Windows Desktop/Server, iOS devices, Google Console, and VMware. Work with Workgroup Manager, Open Directory, Active Directory, and Google Console. Install and configure desktop computers, servers, printers, and related hardware. Install and troubleshoot interactive teaching solutions including boards and projectors. Repair and replace non-functioning computer equipment. Create, maintain, and update computer images. Maintain and upgrade networking equipment. Install and support software and system updates. Maintain software license compliance and inventory records for all equipment. Support telephone system issues and coordinate repair requests. Ensure physical security of all computer assets. Maintain strong working knowledge of all computer-related systems for efficient troubleshooting. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Team Education & Certifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field. Minimum of two years of experience in hardware and software installation and maintenance (preferred). Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels. Background check required prior to hire. Skills & Abilities Ability to deploy software via Network/Server/MDM tools. Ability to read, interpret, and communicate instructions clearly. Proficiency in troubleshooting using written, diagram, or verbal guidance. Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, talking, hearing, using hands, and reaching.
