About The Role As an Electrolux Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of home appliances, providing our customers with a remarkable consumer experience each and every time. What You’ll Do You will primarily be on the road responding to consumer service calls assigned to you via our Service Allocation Team. Managing on average 7 jobs per day, you will be required to diagnose and repair domestic appliances, completing administration on your company issued Tablet. There will also be occasions that you will assist other Technicians with larger jobs, at all times providing a high level of customer service, ensuring all equipment is tested and calibrated in accordance with industry standards. Qualifications Must hold both: A valid Refrigeration Handling License A Restricted Electrical License Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, working with: Domestic appliances (e.g. household refrigerators, air conditioners) Commercial appliance products (e.g. large-scale refrigeration units, HVAC systems) Customer-facing with strong ability to manage and meet expectations Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks Empathetic approach to understanding customer needs Skilled in problem-solving and resolving challenging situations Highly organized with strong time management skills Why work for Electrolux?
