Endress+Hauser Australia have an exciting opportunity has become available for a Field Service Technician to join our Victorian team. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 120 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

Are you an experienced technician in Field Service operations? Are you Trade or Degree qualified in Electrical and/or Instrumentation disciplines? Are you passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers? If so, this role is for you!
The Field Service Technician is responsible for travelling to customer sites to assist with commissioning, maintenance, repair, diagnosis and upgrade/update of instrumentation devices. The main objective of this role is to minimise customer downtime and increase customer satisfaction of Endress+Hauser instrumentation and services in a safe, efficient, quality and cost effective manner.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

• Professional preparation for service visits
• Travel to customer site to assist with commissioning, maintenance, repair, diagnosis and upgrade/update of instrumentation
• Apply knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics and electronics to calibrate measurement devices to ensure measurement accuracy
• Root cause analysis and 1st fix resolution for onsite fault diagnosis and repair
• Carrying out a Take 5 and/or JSEA prior to the commencement of any job
• Present a professional company and personal image to customers
• Develop and maintain a minimum level of knowledge of Endress+Hauser products
• Actively seek opportunities for the sale of company products and feedback to leads to the sales departmentProviding exceptional customer service at all times
