In this role, you’ll travel domestically and internationally, working hands-on aboard vessels to perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning services for our cutting-edge wastewater treatment and reverse osmosis systems. Evac’s reverse osmosis systems are a vital part of our environmental solutions, converting seawater and brackish water into high-quality freshwater used aboard cruise ships, yachts, naval vessels, and offshore platforms. Working with these systems, you’ll help ensure reliable freshwater production and contribute directly to reducing freshwater consumption and protecting marine environments. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and customer interaction to support our mission of delivering sustainable marine solutions worldwide. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work on Evac systems Provide detailed and professional service and commissioning reports Record, compile, and analyze technical data from field operations Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers Collaborate with global service and engineering teams to ensure system performance Support customers in optimizing operations and maintaining environmental compliance Location Based in our Hollywood, Florida office, you’ll work closely with Port Miami and Port Everglades to support local cruise ship operations, as well as service yacht customers in West Palm Beach. Reliable personal transportation is required for this role. Requirements Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Valid passport, driver’s license, and eligibility to work for a US company Ability to perform work aboard vessels (while docked or underway) Degree in engineering or equivalent marine industry experience Strong electrical and mechanical skills Experience with PLCs, reverse osmosis systems, pumps, water quality instrumentation, and PVC piping preferred (but not required) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Physical ability to maneuver ladders, lift 30 pounds overhead, and work in confined spaces Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset What We Offer We offer a dynamic and rewarding career in a truly global company.
