What You’ll Do · Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s). · Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. · Spend approximately 80% of your time during the week (Monday-Friday) traveling to food plants in Missouri and neighboring states to install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery. · Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively. · Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment. Requirements What You Bring · Five years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. · Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics. · Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus. · Customer-focused mindset. · Comfortable with 80% overnight travel during the week (Monday-Friday) in the Central USA by automobile or plane. Most of your travel will be in Missouri and surrounding/neighboring states. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills is an added bonus.
