Description Position Summary: TurnKey Corrections has a Full-Time position covering the Greater Ohio Valley Region. The position is to perform and maintain TurnKey operations at Correctional Facilities. Storage is provided on site, and the product is delivered to the location. You must be able to work on your own or with one other team member and willing to travel to multiple states. You will play a key role in the training, installation, conversion, and overall satisfaction of new and existing customers. Your primary role will focus on training and installation support, which may include some travel, up to 80%. In this role, you will provide direct customer support in person, or via phone, web and email. You will be responsible for following the implementation process, and train customers to get the most out of their experience. Requirements ESSEIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Fulfilling commissary orders and/or filling vending machines. Resolving detainee requests/issues related to our operations. Receiving, general warehouse, and some basic computer work. Managing inventory levels through software to maintain enough inventory. Rotating product to keep spoilage limited. Processing and handing out inmate canteen orders. Troubleshooting/maintenance of equipment on location including Computer, Kiosk, and/or vending equipment. Provide remote/on-site customer training and installation support via email, phone and other electronic mediums. Log customer cases discovered during training and installation and communicate any perceived delays to management immediately upon identification. Create detailed documentation to explain otherwise complex tasks to customers and fellow employees. Configuration of customer equipment both locally and remotely. Obtain general understanding of the software architecture. Identify and correct or advise on operational issues observed during training and installation Travel Regionally up to 80% to install and train customers regarding all solutions Other duties as assigned Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
