Description Job Summary The Repair Technician diagnose, adjusts, repairs, installs, and troubleshoots all product issues and their root causes on current and vintage products. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts. Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status. Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion, including all heights. Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer. Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized, maintained, and professional vehicle. Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit. Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including timecards and service orders. Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to Service Supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to climb and work on a ladder up to 40 feet in height Ability to work off a 60-foot lift PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior service experience with in-home repair or installation Gunton Corporation is pleased to be an equal employment employer.
