JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. This position requires travel to various locations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies as needed.
