FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: Kildare
Are you an experienced technician looking to join a forward-thinking team? Our client, in collaboration with Hartley People Recruitment, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to maintain and support their equipment in the Dublin West area.
This role is perfect for someone committed to delivering exceptional equipment maintenance and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting maintenance and servicing of company assets, including managing transferrable items.
  • Performing electro-mechanical repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Overseeing spare parts and consumables to ensure effective usage.
  • Acting as a professional representative of the company in all interactions with partners, clients, and end-users.
  • Providing timely and accurate reports to the company as required.
  • Being flexible to occasionally work outside the assigned area when needed.
  • Participating in on-call duties, typically one weekend in five, as required.

Duties Include:

  • Keeping equipment clean and well-presented.
  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on operating equipment.
  • Addressing and resolving daily reports of out-of-order equipment to support business operations.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean B Class Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • At least one year of experience in a field service technician or similar role, preferably with electro-mechanical systems.
  • Must successfully pass a medical examination.
