As a Senior Rolling Stock Engineer based in Perth, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.  You will:

• Lead production of technical deliverables across rail and mass transit projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high quality project deliverables for technically complex designs of railways and associated infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain client relationships at the project and local market level.

What you’ll bring

• An engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics (all degrees considered).
• Demonstrated success in working as part of a team through all phases of complex projects, from pursuing an opportunity to project delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Significant experience in the design and modification of advanced rolling stock systems.
• Strong experience in rolling stock maintenance and asset management.
• Ability to identify new business leads and work with the Business Development team to win new work in Western Australia.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
