Description Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Field Service Technician I to our team! Las Vegas Responsibilities: Act as the highest level of technical support, handling complex and critical technical issues escalated from Field Service Technicians I and II. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate problems related to gaming machines, consoles, peripherals, and software. Install, remove, convert, troubleshoot/repair, set options, and perform preventative maintenance of company games in a field environment. Lead and coordinate large-scale installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects at customer sites. Mentor and coach junior technicians, assisting them in resolving challenging technical issues and fostering their professional development. Read and translate schematic diagrams, with the ability to teach others. Devise conversion instructions from configuration comparisons, lead small conversion projects, and display ability basic planning and scheduling. Assist with on-site visits to high-priority or technically demanding locations when necessary. Collaborate with other technicians to address complex service tasks efficiently. Perform in-depth root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and equipment failures. Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to minimize future issues. Must be willing to work extended hours, work shifts, on-call for dispatch and variable work shifts. Must be able to travel with little or no notice, potential extended periods and must be able to travel by air. Must be able to effectively manage time each week. Must be able to be licensed in several jurisdictions. Perform on-call duties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other duties as required and/or assigned. Skills / Abilities: High School Associated Electronic Degree or a related field or equivalent Must be computer literate, with excellent knowledge of MS Software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written, and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task and manage priorities. Ability to work independently either individually or within a team structure with minimal direction. Have strong organizational and analytical skills and good follow-through required.
