Description
Role: * Conduct service activities for Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), access control systems, etc. * Plan and execute preventive maintenance at a notable facility. Design and execute small projects in conjunction with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensuring 100% Performance Review Score (PRS) by meeting contract deliveries as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Coordinate with customer and subcontractor teams to complete planned activities. * Participate in/conduct daily team briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
