Position Summary Under the supervision of the Field Service Supervisor or Manager be able to complete installation of all L&W Equipment and accessories and perform basic troubleshooting techniques in correcting problems in most L&W equipment in our facility, or at the customers location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a pleasant and helpful attitude around customers at all times. Visit clients and perform gaming maintenance as assigned. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment (service vehicles, customer site, office/shop, etc). Ensures all tools and equipment used by the employee are kept in proper, safe, and working condition. Ensure esthetic appearance of all devices is up to L&W and our Customer standards. Adheres to established workmanship standards, policies, and procedures of field service. Install/Service L&W equipment in accordance with customer and L&W specifications. Install system components as required. Determine and ensure each game has the proper electrical power input and conforms to all L&W specifications. Verify and set all game options and parameters in accordance with customer and L&W specifications. Ensure proper installation and operations of all L&W equipment; EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines) ETG (Electronic Table Games), PTG (Proprietary Table Games), Progressives Equipment, Utility Products via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing. Analyze operational difficulties and gather information to isolate causes of failure or problems. Stay current with all L&W Field Advisories and eLearning. Perform other duties as required. Complete required maintenance records in an accurate, concise, and clear manner. Review customer issues with supervisor, and tech support as they arise. Before leaving property make sure games are clean and attractive to players. Seek out information to become proficient on new technology. Completes detailed daily/weekly tech logs. Qualifications Education Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Work Shift: The Technician works 4 Days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, 10-hour Shifts. Looking to hire for 1st shift, Swing Shift and 3rd Shift.
