We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician (IT Technician) to support Commerce Bank of Washington in Seattle, Washington. The IT Field Service Technician duties will include: Supporting the Information Technology Department with installing, administering and maintaining the infrastructure of desktops, laptops and other hardware Installation, setup, and maintenance of workstations to include workstation hardware components, base operating systems, networking, software environments Assisting with troubleshooting workstation, application and environmental problems Supporting server systems from an operating system and shared services perspective Assisting systems administrative team members in providing overall environment support Making recommendations on areas of improvement Provide quality analysis and subject matter expertise Assisting internal resources to provide the best possible administrative support Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results in corporative and supportive manner Perform other duties as assigned Technical Skills and Qualifications: Requires High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1+ years' experience with computers, networks, computer software and hardware in a field service, or related IT support role. Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Travel will be necessary to service our remote branches around the Seattle are with personal vehicle. Proficient knowledge of application software, networks, PCs LANs, and terminals Enterprise networking, hardware, and server experience highly preferred N+ certification is a plus, not required Leadership, QA, or related experience within the field Ability to troubleshoot problems and make appropriate corrections and/or recommendations Must be able to meet deadlines and work with customers on a daily basis Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline Some overtime may be necessary on an “as needed” basis A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
