REQUIREMENTS:

• Suitable educational background for Service Technician role
• 3+ years’ experience of working in an industrial environment
• 1+ years of experience with Electrical/Electronic Technology or HVAC with basic knowledge of some or all of the following:
• AC/DC circuits, wiring diagrams/schematics, motors/controls, PLCs, HVAC electricity, and controls
• Valid driver’s license

TRAVEL & WORK ARRANGEMENTS/REQUIREMENTS

• This position will be based in Tampere, Finland with travel in the Pirkanmaa, Satakunta, and Pohjanmaa regions to visit customer sites. Occasional trainings outside of Finland possible.

• Ensure the correct installation, maintenance, and field repair of the sold equipment at the purchaser’s location.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field installation and repair requirements of this equipment.
• Provide technical advice to customers, potential customers, and field salesmen.
• Due to the independent nature of the role, the employee is responsible for maintaining timely reporting regarding customer visits etc.
