Generally, begin your day from your home location and report to the distribution facility only as needed. Main Responsibilities Perform quality installation and service on all vehicle-wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to provide personalized customer service. Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment Ensures all information is entered into the company computer system per training requirements Daily travel in the service area is required Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Technical school education preferred A minimum of 3 years of electrical experience Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills Available to work overtime Have a valid driver’s license Car wash installation and service experience preferred Complete required safety training, safely perform tasks, and follow safety policies Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed throughout the shift, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, and/or protective gloves Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with a diverse team. Must be able to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions/directions Work Environment Work near moving mechanical parts Exposure to fumes or airborne particles May work in a humid environment Moderate noise level from automobiles and other equipment Physical Demands Ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs.; the ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. Standing, walking, bending, and frequent use of hands Ability to go up and down a ladder frequently Must be able to work at a sustained pace
