This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical on-site support and maintenance for advanced water purification systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will troubleshoot, install, and maintain high-performance equipment in diverse environments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to train, guide, and optimize system performance, while identifying proactive service opportunities that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves extensive travel and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will operate in a dynamic, hands-on environment where your work directly impacts both client operations and environmental sustainability initiatives. \n Accountabilities Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of water purification equipment. Supervise installations, commissioning, and operational setup at customer locations. Provide classroom and hands-on training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance. Adjust equipment settings to meet technical specifications and optimize performance. Identify value-added service opportunities and propose proactive solutions. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Manage travel logistics, maintain expense records, and operate independently while meeting deadlines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial safety. 4–6 years of experience with electrical/mechanical equipment, including hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and instrumentation. Competence in reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical plans. Knowledge of industrial math, applied geometry, and practical trigonometry. Experience with preventive maintenance, report writing, and bench work. Previous exposure to water purification systems is preferred but not mandatory. Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software. Ability to travel extensively (80–100%) and work independently in various field environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
