Your Responsibilities Apply lawn care, tree & shrub, and/or outdoor pest control treatments with precision and care Diagnose lawn and property issues such as disease, insect damage, and turf stress Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert recommendations Maintain accurate service records using a mobile device Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Deliver a professional service experience that builds long-term customer trust and loyalty Requirements Your Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Ability to walk, stand, and work outside for extended periods Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods Comfortable using a mobile device and applications Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Nice to Haves (Not Required) Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or labor roles Knowledge of plant health or turf management Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License ($1,500 signing bonus) Licensing This role requires employees to obtain a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License after training, but you do not need one to apply. We provide: Paid training Exam coordination Coverage of exam costs (up to two attempts) This makes the Field Service Technician role ideal for candidates of all experience levels. Responsibilities

Technicians will apply expert lawn, tree & shrub, and outdoor pest control treatments while diagnosing property issues like disease or insect damage. They must also communicate recommendations to customers, maintain accurate service records via mobile device, and safely operate company equipment.
