Your Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you will be out in the field managing your day and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your daily impact includes: Apply Treatments: Apply lawn care, tree and shrub, and/or outdoor pest control treatments safely and accurately. Diagnose Concerns: Identify turf diseases, insect damage, and environmental stressors to provide the right solutions and recommendations. Customer Connection: Communicate clearly with homeowners, offering expert recommendations and building long-term trust. Track Records: Maintain accurate service records on the go using a mobile device. Safety First: Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while adhering to all safety standards. Requirements Your Skills & Experience Active MA Pesticide Applicator License (Required) Hands-on industry experience in lawn care, tree/shrub, or tick and mosquito treatments Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required) High school diploma or equivalent Strong physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions Confident using a mobile device and service applications A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.00-$30.00/hour (Based on skills, experience, and certifications) Signing Bonus: $1,500 signing bonus for MA Pesticide Licensed candidates! Extra Earning Potential: Eligible for daily customer satisfaction incentives, weekly production bonuses, and a lucrative year-end bonus based on individual and company performance. Work Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons. Occasional Saturday work required during spring and fall.
