Job Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you’ll travel to customer sites to perform essential equipment repairs and maintenance. Your key responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing equipment issues on-site, managing parts and equipment inventory to ensure efficient repairs, and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules for our valued customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer service, as you’ll be the face of Martin Bros Distributing in the field, ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance for our clients. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good driving record (must be insurable at regular rates)
• Technical trouble shooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize events
• Logical, mechanically inclined thinking
• Problem solving ability (must be able to think of alternative solutions)
• Willing to work with the public
• Ability to move/lift 100 pounds
• Physically capable of getting in and out of service van
• Familiar with Microsoft products and be able to enter data
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
