Responsibilities · Troubleshooting: You'll be responsible for identifying and diagnosing electro-mechanical problems with equipment, as well as performing installations and repairs as needed. · Customer Interaction: You'll interact directly with customers to understand their concerns, recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction with the service provided. · Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor is essential. This experience provides a solid foundation for the technical aspects of the role. · You should possess a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems.
