Description

Job Duties * Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) products. * Perform field upgrades of software and hardware. * Document and communicate field failures, customer feedback, and improvement ideas. * Ability to properly communicate and build strong relationships with on-site client representatives and client’s service provider crews. * Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate equipment inventory on the truck and equipment at client locations. * Participate in hardware assembly, hardware installation, and R&D testing of DCS products. * Work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off for local technicians * Willing to work 12+ hours daily during your schedule * Good interpersonal skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Willing to be on call Minimal Qualification Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Must be 21 years of age. * Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report. * Willingness to be on call and ability to travel per the manager's request. * Good verbal and written communication skills (English). * Not afraid of heights. * Proven knowledge of upstream oil and gas completions operations, equipment, and terminology. * Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues. * Ability to troubleshoot issues related to sensors, PLCs, and networking/cabling. Preferred Qualification Requirements: * Upstream completions background or Electronics Technician experience. * AA Degree and/or equivalent experience with 2+ years of technical experience preferred
