JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
  • knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and overseas
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with PLC systems preferrable
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus
