Position: Field Service Technician Location: Preferably NJ, NY, Philly area Region: Northeastern US Salary: Negotiable based on experience Requirements: -Must be willing to regularly travel within territory in company provided vehicle -Must have experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment -Must have experience with soldering and simple wiring -Must have a clean driving record -Must be comfortable working outdoors -Must be able to pull a trailer -Knowledge of golf or golf courses would be an added bonus Summary: Power Tee, the world’s premier manufacturer of automated golf ball teeing equipment, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing team and service accounts across the Northeastern U.S. We have approximately 30 locations for which you will be responsible for rotational maintenance and service calls. We will provide full training on our system and provide you with a truck, trailer, and all the tools necessary to maintain and repair our equipment. Most repairs involve repairing ball engines and controls using basic tools and soldering techniques. As we continue to grow, you will also be involved in the installation of new systems in coordination with our existing install team. Responsibilities: -Travel within assigned territory to maintain and service Power Tee accounts -Use tools such as drills, soldering irons, wrenches, and screwdrivers to repair control panels and ball engines -Coordinate with home office to plan and execute service calls -Educate customers on properly maintaining Power Tee -Maintain check ups and routine inspections of Power Tee accounts -Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs -Maintain vehicle using pre-trip and post trip inspection logs -Maintain customer service visit log -Assist with installing and replacement of Power Tee equipment
Responsibilities
