In this role, you will play a vital part in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of essential medical equipment at client sites. Your efforts will directly enhance the reliability of healthcare technologies in various settings. \n Accountabilities Perform all assigned equipment installation, service and/or maintenance in compliance with company policies. Provide high-level technical support for cross-divisional teams and/or customers as requested. Handle confidential patient and/or health information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within applicable systems throughout the documentation process. Process documentation and corresponding parts in compliance with company policies on a routine basis. Maintain field service inventory in compliance with management recommendations. Maintain assigned company vehicle and other business accounts in compliance with policies. Contribute to the improvement of ongoing operations to maximize efficiency. Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 4-6 years of related experience. Valid driver's license required. Prior experience in a dialysis and/or hospital environment preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email applications. Excellent customer service skills to handle confidential information professionally.
