Field Service Technician Location: Woodinville, WA (field-based with daily reporting to office) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience) About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands on, field-based position where you will travel to customer locations to perform services on-site. Key Responsibilities * Operate a company vehicle (box truck or van) to travel to client sites * Perform professional carpet cleaning services in commercial and/or residential environments * Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently * Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards * Communicate professionally with clients on-site as needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and work areas * Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications & Requirements * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to safely operate a box truck or van * Ability to pass a comprehensive background check * Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * English proficiency required; Spanish/English bilingual preferred * Prior experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial services, or field service work is preferred but not required (training provided) What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay ($22–$25 DOE) * Consistent, full-time work schedule * Opportunities for advancement within the company * Company-provided equipment and vehicles * Supportive team environment Work Environment * Primarily field-based work * Regular local travel required with daily reporting to the Woodinville office * Work may include early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends depending on client needs
