An Field Service Technician is expected to complete full integration of Point-of-Sale systems and peripherals at merchant locations. This position requires coordination with merchants and field technicians to ensure all requirements are met before, during and after installation. Installers will work with our clients by promoting the highest level of service and professionalism. They are also required to train clients on POS ecosystems once installed. Representatives are also expected to acquire an in depth understanding of the entire merchant processing industry.
WORKSITE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
The majority of installations for onsite services are within the local range (200 miles). There will be time allocated for administrative and support tasks to be addressed in the office/home. There may be potential of performing onsite services (nationally) as needed.
