This is ideal for motivated, coachable individuals who thrive in dynamic, tech-driven environments. \n Accountabilities: Perform professional installation, maintenance, and service of smart home technology systems in residential settings. Ensure safety compliance and conduct on-site assessments to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and customers. Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport while guiding clients through system setup and use. Identify additional service or product opportunities to maximize revenue through ethical sales practices. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for completed work and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, troubleshoot issues, and support overall service goals. Uphold company standards for professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence in all client interactions. Requirements: Previous experience in field technician roles such as cable, internet, solar, pest control, or construction is preferred. Sales experience in retail, B2C, call center, insurance, or automotive sectors is a plus. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs., climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in attics or confined spaces. Comfortable bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to adhere to safety policies and maintain a drug-free workplace.
