Description Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician performs installation of lifts and other shop equipment while delivering the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Work with field supervisor to ensure productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction standards are met. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures. Major Responsibilities: Under supervision, properly installs lifts and other shop equipment by following best practice standards and procedures. Operates power tools, jack hammer, pipe threader, and concrete saw under supervision. Maintain a neat and clean work area by disposing of all waste products properly. Maintain good customer relations at all times. Assume other responsibilities as needed. Requirements Education/Experience: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License required. Ability to lift 40-60 lbs.
