OVERVIEW

We are seeking skilled Traveling Service Technician to join us.
This position is ideal for a professional engineer seeking to build a career with company to offers growth and longevity. Based in Vaughan, Ontario, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery on and off site.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, install, train and adjust industrial machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Provide quality customer service via email, phone and in person
  • Travel within Canada and the United States from time to time
  • Gas allowance, food allowance if travel out of GTA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Engineering is an access.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience
  • Previous experience in machinery and CNC
  • Strong Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Computer skills (Outlook, MS office)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • A valid Driver License is required
  • Both verbal and written English proficiency required
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Based on Experience

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed
