Over several months the candidate will learn to become a Water Treatment Service Technician. He/She will travel, with one of our experienced Technicians, throughout the GTA testing the water in Heating and Cooling systems to ensure corrosion rates are within acceptable limits and scale is not forming on heat exchange surfaces.
Ideally, the candidate should have completed a pre-apprenticeship program in plumbing or industrial millwright.
OR
The candidate should have completed a diploma program as a Water Quality Technician.
OR
The candidate should have completed a program for 4th class Stationary Engineer.
Candidate must have a clean driving record.
The candidate will work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) until you are sufficiently trained and able to make service calls without assistance.
Service calls are made in company service vehicles.
