Our European headquarters are located in the Netherlands. We are currently looking for a skilled service technician who will contribute to the success and expansion of our organization. About the Job: The Field Service Technician role will involve providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers and business partners in a field-based setting. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for our range of EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms) and Material Handling products. This includes conducting inspections, identifying faults, and carrying out necessary repairs or replacements. You will also be involved in providing training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Successful applicants for the Field Service Technician position will possess the following credentials: Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or electrical field Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of construction or industrial machinery Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively interact with customers Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites The ideal candidate for the Field Service Technician position should meet the following requirements: Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in the machinery or equipment industry Sound working knowledge of EWP's or Material Handling equipment is desirable Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality service Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively High-level technical knowledge of Dingli equipment is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to strict safety standards
