Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage and optimize our corporate travel operations for the Field Service (FS) department. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in travel logistics, vendor management, and expense reporting systems. The FS Travel Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for the I&FS department including Site Teams, Techs, and Trades. In addition, the travel coordinator is responsible for managing timecard and hours reporting, manpower requests, and expense reporting for the FS teams onsite.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Coordinate with HR team for international travel requirements (i.e. visas)
· Manage relationships with travel vendors and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
· Timecard management and reporting for field service teams.
· Manage field service time sheets and manpower requests.
· Oversee the company’s travel expense platform, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
· Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Assist with travel-related risk management and emergency support.
· Maintain and update travel policies and procedures.
· Provide support for event and meeting logistics as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Entry level position; Up to 5 years of experience in corporate travel or a related field preferred.
· Proficiency with travel booking tools and expense management systems.
· Strong understanding of travel policies, compliance, and vendor negotiations.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Certification such as GTP (Global Travel Professional) is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and related tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
· Has strong written communication, documentation and reporting skills.
· Develop and maintain good client relationships.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
