Description
The role is responsible to assist, supports Field Services team members, and perform general administrative duties. Primary responsibility is to receive and record field service activities, receiving reports, reviewing reports, logging activities, maintaining accrual records, reports on field service activities and schedule dispatches in daily base. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Coordinate the team's activities and monitor its performance based on quantitate and qualitative KPIs. Provide field services units and/ or Technicians with information about orders, stock of equipment's, and customer requirements Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries for support and provisioning services Prioritize field services assignments and/or calls according to urgency [SLAs] and importance Receive and process field service reports from Field Service Team according to established processes and procedures Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule Manage all delivery, storage, transportation and distribution activities Coordinate and control the loading, picking, packing flow Inventory management and control and warehouse organization Coordination and oversight of inventory procedures Resolve escalated issues/questions of field engineers/technical issues/risks with speed and professionalism. At least 2-year experience in a administrative, customer service or logistics experience role Very good knowledge of the legal framework on the storage and handling of equipment Strong customer orientation attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication and client services skills. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments At least Technical Institution degree. Very good knowledge of Greek and English language (oral and written). Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word etc.). Good knowledge of ERP, SAP systems Advanced tools (TOA) for workforce appointment boking experience is preferred University Degree associated to Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Finance or other related field will be considered as an asset
