Job Summary The Field Service Coordinator supports daily operations for company-deployed equipment and technology product lines. This role serves as the primary link between field technicians, service vendors, project management, corporate teams, and customer locations. The coordinator schedules service activity, assists technicians with troubleshooting, and coordinates installations and projects from start to finish. Duties and Responsibilities: * Dispatch and schedule technicians for service calls, installations, relocations, and upgrades * Answer technician calls and provide first-level troubleshooting and guidance * Escalate technical issues to internal teams when needed * Coordinate new installations with project management, corporate teams, vendors, and customer locations * Track field projects, retrofits, and equipment upgrades * Review service notes and photos to confirm equipment is operational before closing work orders * Arrange shipment of parts, materials, and decals to technicians * Coordinate ISP installs, network changes, and third-party electrical or data vendors * Support PCI compliance activities, security procedures, and vendor onboarding * Maintain records, trackers, and site information in internal systems (Salesforce) * Conduct site surveys and assist with ADA or location modification requests * Schedule and maintain communication with service vendors and cash vendors as needed * Perform other duties as assigned Experience: * Experience in dispatch, logistics, technical support, or field service operations preferred * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment * Clear written and verbal communication * Problem solving and attention to detail * Comfortable supporting technicians over the phone Work Environment:  * Customer and vendor facing position with moderate office noise levels * Employee will work in an office setting with interaction with 3rd party vendors over the phone and computer * Employee will work with self-service terminals (kiosks) and use telephone to call vendors and locations to complete job duties Physical Demands: * Must be able to remain sitting for extended periods * Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and touch screens * Occasional movement around the office * Frequent communication via telephone Neumo Summary: With the backing of four decades of public sector expertise and corporate capability, Neumo has successfully supported government services.
