JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for talented, motivated, and committed Electronic/System/Computer Engineering graduates to join us and help our customers in the MOMENTS THAT MATTER!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed technical training or degree in the field of Radio Telecommunications/IT (or a comparable Qualification)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a similar field would be beneficial,
  • Good knowledge of the IP network architecture and its components,
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • A strong willingness to travel for several days in Germany and abroad (Europe) is essential - up to 50 % of travel,
  • Willingness to participate in on-call service 24/7 in the team,
  • EU citizenship with residence in Germany for at least 5 years
  • Willingness to undergo security screening by the Federal Ministry of the Interior
  • High degree of independence and assertiveness,
  • Confident demeanor and good manners,
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good English,
  • Class B driving license.

Responsibilities
  • Independent commissioning, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of Motorola radio systems in Germany and later also in other European countries,
  • Responsibility for the technical support of our customers after the commissioning of our complex digital Radio communication systems,
  • The support of authorities and organizations with security-relevant tasks, energy supply companies, factories for industrial and chemical production, public transport companies, and airport organizations as well as the German armed forces,
  • Takeover of on-call duties within the department,
  • Support of the trade organization and the company’s internal departments in addition to direct contact with the customer,
  • Support of large and strategic projects,
  • Creation of reports, statistics, and presentations,
  • Independent processing of operational matters within the framework of established working methods and procedures.
