Descrizione del ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico Senior per attività di supporto tecnico on-site su impianti fotovoltaici ed efficienza energetica. La risorsa opererà in autonomia nelle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria, supportando le fasi di commissioning e collaborando con i team di Project Management ed Engineering per garantire affidabilità, prestazioni e conformità degli impianti. Il ruolo richiede esperienza sul campo, capacità diagnostiche avanzate e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi. Responsabilità principali Eseguire attività tecniche on-site di test, manutenzione preventiva e correttiva, configurazione e ispezione degli impianti Supportare il Project Management nelle fasi di chiusura cantiere e collaudo, in collaborazione con il team di Commissioning Verificare la corretta implementazione degli impianti rispetto alle specifiche di progetto Fornire feedback tecnici strutturati al reparto Engineering per il miglioramento delle soluzioni Utilizzare strumenti diagnostici avanzati, eseguire calibrazioni e aggiornamenti firmware Garantire il rispetto delle procedure tecniche e delle normative HSE Attività operative Test funzionali su inverter, moduli fotovoltaici e stringhe Configurazione e commissioning degli impianti Supporto durante test di rete e ispezioni Raccolta e analisi dei dati tecnici di campo Redazione di report tecnici secondo gli standard aziendali Attività operative di montaggio e smontaggio delle apparecchiature Supporto a interventi di upgrade e retrofit su impianti esistenti Requisiti Esperienza di 5–7 anni in ruoli tecnici on-site su impianti fotovoltaici, elettrici o industriali Capacità di diagnosi guasti e intervento su inverter e sistemi di campo Buona conoscenza di schemi elettrici, documentazione tecnica e procedure operative Conoscenza del sistema Amper (preferenziale) Diploma elettrotecnico o formazione tecnica equivalente (preferenziale) Autonomia operativa, affidabilità e orientamento al problem solving Disponibilità a trasferte Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e HSE Cosa offriamo Inserimento in un contesto tecnico strutturato e in crescita Ruolo senior con elevato grado di autonomia Coinvolgimento diretto nelle decisioni tecniche e nel miglioramento degli impianti Opportunità di crescita professionale nel settore delle energie rinnovabili AMERESCO challenges the brightest, most talented, and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that fosters initiative and achievement. Responsibilities

The Field Services Electrician will perform on-site technical activities including testing, maintenance, and commissioning of photovoltaic systems. They will also collaborate with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.
