Field Services Engineer Service Locations: This position will service Health Systems within Tampa Florida, St Petersburg, and any other region locations. Any candidates wanting to be considered must live within the St Petersburg/Tampa area or willing to relocate. Reports to: Manager, Field Services Note to candidates interested in applying: The selected candidate must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record, be able to meet company’s insurance coverage requirements, and have their own vehicle in acceptable working condition. Employment is contingent upon successfully clearing a pre‑employment drug screening as part of the onboarding process. You will: Ensure system reliability by performing timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on Omnicell’s automation solutions. Drive customer trust and satisfaction by building strong relationships with nursing and pharmacy leadership, serving as a knowledgeable and responsive technical partner. Support product innovation by analyzing complex service issues and escalating bugs or design concerns to engineering and hardware teams. Enhance product performance through actionable field feedback that informs continuous improvement. Who You Are (We are hiring for a Field Services Engineer I OR Field Services Engineer II) FSE Level 1 Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree; or Associates Degree or Trade School Certification or Military Training OR Completion of an approved Apprenticeship/Bridge Program or external skilled trades apprenticeship OR 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment/machinery FSE II Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s + 1-year relevant experience OR Associate’s/Trade/Military Training + 2 years relevant experience OR 4+ years equivalent electromechanical experience Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Hands on repairs, troubleshooting, root cause analysis experience working on electromechanical/Automated complex machinery that may include Industrial manufacturing equipment/machinery, Aviation/Aircraft systems, Robotic Systems, or anything similar.
