Your New Role And Responsibilities We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) experienced individual who is looking to kick-start their career. If you have experience in hardware, SOE, or networking and you’re looking for a career path within a growing sector, we’d love to hear from you! Your daily duties will involve, advising on technical requirements for products and services, supporting hardware, as well as providing guidance on laptops, imaging, and mentoring junior staff. Ideally, candidates should possess the following: Perform technical on boarding for new-starters Schedule travel as required Create, manage and resolve request tickets Perform troubleshooting for connectivity, networks, cabling, gateway Engage with the established Leidos Support Team for escalations Knowledge transfer to stakeholder to enable self-service Apply standard procedures Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing site environmental health and safety (EHS) policies and procedures; complying with applicable Work Health Safety (WHS) Act standards. Interstate travel may be required. Self-motivated, customer focused with excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Experience within the security industry would be highly desirable. Experience with customer timely completion of service requests. Carry out repairs, improvements and assist with preventative maintenance. Work to address customer issues taking them to full resolution Actively work within the team to improve performance in terms of service delivery Provide customer support onsite. Diagnose equipment faults/problems and provide timely repair solutions. Attend ongoing training to up-skill and improve product knowledge. What You’ll Bring To Make An Impact Ideally the successful candidate will have: Experience in a similar role Recognised qualifications in technical equipment maintenance and management OR equivalent level of demonstrable competence. Valid Drivers Licence Sound knowledge of EUC principals and technical concepts NV1 Security Clearance with active OSA or willing to undergo an OSA (Organisational Suitability assessment) Desirable: Experience in the daily use of managing IT hardware and software. Experience in Networks, troubleshooting and fault-finding. Experience in the use of a Service Management System Overall competence in standard maintenance and logistic support disciplines. Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing priorities, dependencies and risk Strong in resources coordination Strong planning and organising skills Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to details Proven experience in EUC, Networking, Intelligence, or SOE.
