YOUR ROLE:

As a Field Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing Subject Matter Expert advice on engines, avionics and military systems that require engineering approval.

You will also have accountability for:

• The provision of AOG support that delivers maintenance and trouble-shooting advice to the customer
• The provision of continuous training to maintenance to personnel when requested
• The provision of away base assistance to facilitate the maintenance and repair of aircrafts
• The provision of assistance in resolving the aircrafts parts shortages and/or provisioning issues
• Assisting in reducing nil fault found occurrences
• Assisting in drafting technical instructions and/or procedures
• Provision of clarification for the aircraft systems and maintenance procedures within delegated authority
• Identifying and recommending alternative tooling and support equipment
• Developing, recommending and reporting on corrective actions taken to maximise aircraft system operational capability, availability, readiness, safety and longevity
