  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct periodic system reviews for Proconex service contract customers, which may be monthly, semi-annual, or annual. The scope of work is defined in the customer service agreement, and tasks will be performed according to the Preventative Maintenance SOP/checklist. A report will be delivered within five days of the review, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget requirements.
