What You Will Get To Do: SS&C is searching for a proactive Field Services Engineer to support technical operations and infrastructure delivery at our Parramatta site. You’ll work closely with senior team members to maintain desktop systems, AV/VC setups, and assist with inventory and end-user support. Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and network-connected devices Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user equipment, video conferencing systems, and basic network issues Maintain user access, data integrity, and system security protocols Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical users Assist with hardware/software upgrades and asset lifecycle tasks Participate in IT infrastructure projects and team initiatives Support training efforts for basic applications and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver service excellence Help manage inventory and AV/VC equipment for the Parramatta site What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, or High School with 4+ years of related experience Solid foundation in desktop support and infrastructure troubleshooting Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment Ability to follow procedures and contribute to process improvement We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
